About Acupuncture
Thank you and welcome to The Access Clinic for Wellness. My name is Lynne Deschenes M. Ac., Licensed Acupuncturist. I hope that you will begin to understand how Eastern medicine views the body and how the body responds to the internal and external environments. A state of ill health can be defined by how those influences disrupt the natural order and function of our bodies.
We will begin by reviewing your medical history and talking in great detail about your primary health concern. Together we will identify a treatment strategy to address your main complaint. the initial meeting will include a brief treatment. Follow-up sessions are generally weekly, and then less-frequently as your condition begins to impove.
Depending upon the nature of the condition, treatment options may include disposable sterile needles, Cupping, Moxabustion, Sotai, Lasers, Tui Na Massage, a non-insertion style of Acupuncture or Herbal Medicine.
